Very disappointing... I hate leaving a bad review but I am so disappointed in the quality of service I've received. I've used All star (Customeyes) for several years and have about 6 of their camera systems. I seem to have their equipment repaired frequently. This last time I sent one of their sidepack monitors back to them to be repaired. The monitor is only a year old. After a $400 repair they send it back to me. The very first time my guy uses the monitor the screen flashes in and out. I send it back to All Star and they find a loose solder joint and said since you just had it in, we won't charge you. I get it back and this time we test it at the shop before sending it out in the field. The screen flashes in and out and then all the way out. I send it back to All Star for a 3rd time and they tell me it's going to be another $300 to fix it, no warranty what's so ever. I argue that point but lose. I receive the monitor, and you guessed it, the very first time we use the monitor it goes out again! We turned on the transmitter to locate a spot and the screen flashes and goes out. I get they won't warranty a tool based on how abusive guys can be with their cameras but they have to last longer than one use.

They Facetimed to help me troubleshoot why the counter was off on my Ridgid Micro Reel sewer camera. After some tweaking, I was able to get it dialed in. Thank you so much!

Very disappointed with All Star Sewer Equipment. I have bought several products from them in the past and have had good experiences with them at the the trade show so I decided to use them to repair a Ridgid sewer camera for me. I called them and asked what it would cost to have our Ridgid Micro reel sewer camera repaired. I was given a price of over $450.00 to repair a broken pushrod that was 1” from the camera head. I asked why it was so much to do such a small repair and I was told that it was their policy to do a full inspection of the camera when they do a repair. I decided to go with them because of previous good experiences with them. They called to collect payment and it was for the price that they quoted over the phone. They sent the camera back and it still didn’t work. The camera head didn’t produce a picture and the lights never turned on. I called them and explained the situation. Allen(tech) and Terry(pretty sure) FaceTimed me. They determined that the interconnect cable that connects the camera to the monitor was bad. I asked how much the interconnect cable would be and i was told $354.00. I wanted to know why they sent the camera back without testing the system first. I was informed that they did test it but they used their own interconnect cable because they didn’t have a CA-300 monitor. I told them that the price I was quoted was $450.00 and this price included testing the whole system. It’s obvious that they didn’t do as I was told because they never tested my interconnect cable and now I’m sitting here with the same problem that I had before I sent the camera to them, a camera that isn’t making any money. I received no apology, no comprise of any sort. I think that an apology and the interconnect cable at their cost would have been a good way to mend this fence but neither happened. I went to another company and bought the cable for $295.00. Very disappointed with this company that I previously thought highly of.
