  From start to finish, I was extremely impressed on how everything was handled. Customer service and professionalism were phenomenal and couldn’t have asked for better service. The team understood the situation of having one toilet operational in the house and made my service request top priority. My service was completed first thing the next morning. The technician showed up with advanced noticed, made his analysis, asked for my permission on how to move forward, and provided me with options. The whole service from my first phone call to payment took less than 24 hours. If you are looking for any other service, you are wasting your time. Highly recommend this company. Glad doing business with them and I hope this review will provide the next potential client the trust and comfort in doing business with All Purpose Plumbing. They also provide military and senior citizen discount. Can’t get any better than that.

  Having purchased an expensive, high quality kitchen faucet we contracted with All Purpose for installation, even though the price for a simple installation seemed quite high. The first attempt, which took a couple of hours was not successful. The faucet was not secured properly and twisted in the hole in the counter. The plumber returned to fix it and got it a bit tighter, but again struggled with it. Two months later when the faucet was again quite loose we called to have it fixed - again, specifically requesting a different plumber. All purpose agreed (though their focus was primarily on impressing us that they didn't guarantee their work and would charge another $49 service fee) and scheduled a plumber with a different name. The day he was to appear, they called to say he got hung up on another job and needed to reschedule. When the plumber finally arrived it was not a different one, but the same plumber who hadn't gotten the faucet properly installed the first two attempts. On the third attempt he did what he should have done the first times and removed the disposal so he could properly get at the hardware to attach the faucet securely, and finally fixed the problem. Except that we didn't notice that he failed to reattach the dishwasher hose to the disposal. so, the first time we ran the dishwasher it flooded our kitchen. We would not recommend this company - for anything.

  Dan thank you for the review. We have had a long-standing policy that an owner supplied faucet or plumbing product is installed with no guarantee. We do guarantee all products we supply as we have vetted products we can stand behind. All our customers are told that before we do any work of installing products they supply there is no guarantee which was the case with you also. We made 2 trips to your house according to our records and as a courtesy even went beyond our policy came back a second time to tighten your faucet with no charge to you. We are sorry anything happened outside the original job but was trying to serve you even beyond our own normal policy. Thank you again for the review.

  Called our regular plumber and he took a week to respond, then did not respond about getting a date set to come out as our toilet was leaking so I called All Purpose and they set me up for the very next day. When the plumber arrived, he found the problem quickly, provided me with an estimate and fixed the issue that day. So fast, and professional. Would recommend and use again.
