  STELLAR!!!! Had a contractor hit a residential water service line, 1 month after snovid, on a Friday afternoon. No other plumber would consider helping until the following week. APS was onsite within a couple hours and had the house back in service in no time! Highly recommend! Thanks again, guys!

  I will give it to them i called them around 7pm and they came out 45 min later and charged me $1000 for 3 hours of work to stop a mixing valve that was leaking and was supposed to come back and replace it. They need to work on communication and I've been waiting for a week and a half for them to come back to fix the problem also they did not call me saying that he found that part or if he's looking for it I asked him to call me when he got a chance and guess what no call back. And I ask him if he found the part he said hes waiting for the part that its out of town? I told myself what is he talking about. That Same day that i called all plumbing services to come fixed the leak I had called another company before i called all plumbing services and the next day the other company called me and said they found the part and will come out fix the problem and I told the other company to cancel because I have All plumbing service working on it. So when all plumbing services told me he waiting for the part I knew he wasn't gonna come back to fix it. Also I found out that the part that was leaking they don't make that part any more because of lead being in the mixing valve and they made a different mixing valve that had no lead in it. So I will not use them again. Did not follow thru and finish the job
