  we set up a service call a week ahead of time. had the condo office shut down the water in the whole building for 4 hours. we called to confirm our service call and it was confirmed. 1:45 into the time frame we were provided we called back to get a status update and we were told that the 2 hour time frame provided was only when the technician may start our service call. we are now 4 hours passed the initial time frame and we call for a 3rd time only to be told that we have been put on the reschedule list. we have yet to receive a call....WE DID ALL THE CALLING. this is a very unprofessional service provider without any regard to people who need service. now we will continue to have no water in our shower until we can get a good service provider!

  I called this morning to get an estimate for a downstairs sink that was not draining properly. I sat and listen to the sales person try and sell me a monthly subscription to their services. She said it would be a $69 trip charge that did not include any work. I explained to her that I have a warranty on the house that has not gone into affect so I would not need the monthly subscription. I told her I was just getting estimates since my family is on a budget. After hanging up she called a few minutes later and said that “her boss” could waive the trip charge. She then called a second time but I did not answer. I’m not sure if you guys employee used car salesman but you lost yourself a potential customer. All I need is simple and straight answers about the project at hand but instead she continue to talk and talk and talk. I finally had to block your phone number to prevent her from calling again. Absolutely ridiculous.

  We had our water heater drained by All pro plumbing to get out all the calcium and sediment. Aaron came by and was very professional and knowledgeable. He drained it and he suggested we put in a new annode rod. The old rod ( 7 years old) was replaced and we are quite satisfied with the job and price.
