  Great experience, despite the plumbing issue! Cory came within an hour, professional, efficient and quickly identified our issue. He explained our options, including estimated costs and then proceeded to get everything back in working order for us. I must say that I was impressed that he wore shoe coverings inside the home, laid out a mat in the work area, and under the sink. There was literally no clean up needed on our part. Price was reasonable compare to all the other plumbing companies we called! We would call them again and recommend them to others! Job well done!!!!

  Please do not use this company. They kept me waiting for over 10 days wondering if they could do the plumbing job or not. People in the office are so irresponsible and ignorant. I called many times and asked to let me know if the owner approved the job and if they could let me know it could be done. No response whatsoever. They told me the owner was checking the drawing out or they call me but they never did anything. Finally today the office lady told me we told you we couldn’t do the job. . What a liar. Do they care for customer service? Not at all. I hope the owner knows what kind of people are handling his business.

  The service I received was excellent from start to finish. It was easy to book an emergency visit on SATURDAY and as promised the technician was with me within the hour. The plumber was great - friendly, polite and professional in both his manner and workmanship. He resolved our tricky blockage in good time which saved us having to close our business for any length of time. Would not hesitate to use them again!!! Good to know there is an emergency plumbing company out there!
