INCREDIBLE SERVICE!! Our furnace died during the first winter storm and we were without heat. Tahoe Plumbing & Heating came out the next day to assess the problem and determined a new furnace was needed. They quickly provided us with a few different quotes at various price points. We had the new furnace installed within the week!! Steve and his team were so professional and fast. They educated us on the problem and empowered us to make the decision that would work best for our home. An absolute joy to work with. I can’t recommend them enough!! Five stars!

I had heating issues on New Year’s Day. I let message excepting no call back, the owner Steve call called back gave me some suggestions they will come out in the morning next business day. Bart was the technician and he explained what he was doing and what the issues were.

I've never written a negative review before but I have no choice but to vent my frustration with this company. I recently had an issue with my heater (which I purchased from them). On the first appointment they could not fix the problem and so 6 days later an appointment was finally made to again try to fix the issue. First of all the technician was suppose to be at our house before noon. Well, no one showed up and it was 1:30 pm and no one bothered to call. After 3 attempts I finally found out the tech would be there at roughly 3:30-4. Ok so the tech shows up and was able to fix the problem which could have be solved on the first appointment. What's really aggravating is that I was charged for two service calls on my credit card. The ladies in the office, Rosie and Erica, were really nice but the owner, Steve, was very short with me, very rude and wouldn't issue any credit. This in my mind was totally unacceptable especially when the problem should have been fixed on the first appointment. It must be nice to have so much business that the owner can't even be customer service oriented. I even wrote a follow up tactful email to him and never got ANY response. Very sad............
