  Great response time after initial request for quote and everyone was very polite and professional throughout the whole process. The tech that changed my garbage disposal was on time, followed all COVID safety protocols, was very nice and he had paper covers on his shoes for entering my house. He was very efficient and also patient with all my questions. Great business and now my new "go-to" for all my plumbing needs.

  I’ve been using Nelson Plumbing for many years now, and I’ve always gotten excellent service! I have referred them to family and friends and they agree on the quality of service provided as well. In this situation, they fixed up a basement bathroom that had corroded pipes in the sink and a toilet from 1960 that was leaking. The company is very professional, customer-centric, and responsive. Their technicians are all top notch - very experienced and they deliver quality work; this definitely includes the gentleman who did the work today. I consider them a trusted service provider!

  Excellent and professional plumbing. They have the tools, supplies and expertise to repair or replace any problem you have. A very established company. I requested the same plumber as I had the last time and he was able to come out and complete the job. He likes my dog too! 🐕
