  I had the fastest and best response ever today! I manage a property in Charlottesville and had a break under ground from the freeze. William (wish I knew his last name) came immediately to replace the damaged meter. William was so efficient and full of knowledge. He fixed the problem and was kind! Hope you know who I am speaking about and can give him the Kudos he deserves. Such a positive attitude through the mess and the long night he had! I hope to meet him again...under different circumstances, to thank him again! I'll reach out via phone this coming week to make sure this is read and he is given praise for a job well done!   Tried to help my mom pay her bill at the ACSA office only to find out that they only take cash or check. What?! What century are they living in?? Paying the bill online is expensive and a huge pain. Can't wait until we get her house sold and will be DONE with ACSA.
