My water heater burst on a Saturday, and I had a new water heater replaced by Akian within a few days. Akian was very thorough in explaining every step of the process and providing several options that fit my needs and budget. Although they are more expensive than other options, the quality of work and service saved me the typical headaches I've had when dealing with other companies in the area. Evan and Chris did great work, and even stayed late to make sure the job was done. They were extremely professional and courteous.

Akian installed our new gas dryer. Akian techs John and Andy really provided a great customer experience. I was particularly impressed by their positive approach to their work. Both were polite and professional as you would expect, but they went the extra mile with me, the customer, to let me know exactly what was being done so I could know that the work was being done right. Very happy with the Akian service and techs John and Andy. I’ll definitely be reaching out in the summer to use Akian for our HVAC needs.

Really amazing experience. Our water heater and leaked all over the basement. We called Friday morning and they were able to come out within a couple hours, assess the situation, priced out several options for new water heater installation. Once the heater was in on Monday, they came and did a wonderful job installing. Very professional, left the area cleaner than before, and great communication. Plumber hires are often a hit or a miss, but Akian was definitely a hit. Would call again for sure.
