      We have a vacation rental property that lost heat during a guest’s stay this winter, and the temp inside dropped to 54 degrees! We called our regular service firm, but they couldn’t fit us in until the next day - the day our guests were checking out. Austin and the AirOne team was able to fit us in immediately, fix the heater, and help make our guests warm and comfortable for their last night in our rental. Thank you AirOne! Hopefully, our guests will see the responsiveness and give us 5 stars, too👍🤪!!

      I was told once by a very intelligent lady that you can only get two out of three things from a company. You can get a good product, a good price, and good service. But you can only get two out of the three of them at one time. Most of the time you sacrifice one of them. I find that it is usually true that you can only get two of them from a company, but AirOne Heating & Air is the exception. I got a fantastic product, I got a really good price for the work and materials, and the service was just incredible. I got all three things. It was an exception to the way things normally are for me. Chris Ellis was my lead tech and we mapped the installation all out with photos and texts like we were plotting for world domination. As a manufacturer, I love the attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. It was fun that he was willing to look at it and see how detailed into it we could go. Once the installation started, he kept me up to date on the progress. He even worked around a guest that we had in our guest house. I don't see this kind of work much anymore, and I enjoyed it. He lost his Apple watch one day on the job and I helped him look for it for like half an hour after work. I wouldn't do that kind of thing for a normal vendor or a corporate feeling person. That should show you how well a job he did and what a great lead tech that he is on the job. The Mitsubishi ductless heating and AC comes with a 10 year warranty. They were also able to get me a 10 year warranty on all labor and installation. You can't beat this price. This is an incredible investment. It's low energy usage and it runs so quiet. I put a two ductless system in the guest house and a single ductless one in my garage. These are very popular in South America and Europe and I think they will start to catch on here as they cool and heat so well for such little electricity usage. Absolutely incredible system. This is just my honest review of this company and I was given nothing for it. My guests love staying in the guesthouse without having to hear an old window unit blaring and banging the whole wall. I made my garage a complete gym that I can use year round in shorts and a t shirt. Give yourself an upgrade with a ductless system from these guys. It will pay for itself over and over again.

      Great professional experience w/this company. Lowell was out to our home w/in a hour and had the repair done to our unit in no time. He also corrected an issue with our unit from when it was installed that had nothing to do with the repair he made. I would use this company in the future for any of my HVAC repair needs.
