  Company had to replace a water line for my neighbor. Water line goes down the side of my property. Company came out, replaced neighbors water line, and left my yard with a strip of dirt all the way to my back yard. The strip wasn't even level with the ground. I DID have grass before they came out. My yard looks a mess with dirt, gets muddy when it rains. Called them numerous times. At one point I was told the work order was already closed and they couldn't do anything about it?? The job isn't done. Called back again and someone was supposed to call me back and never did. I had to call again and they told me someone will either come out or call me. Had someone come out and all he did was rake the dirt to make it level with the ground. Not sure how that's good business practice to leave someone's yard (especially knowing you're on someone elses property) in the shape mine was left. I also had a retired plumber tell me that how they ran the water line into my backyard is illegal because they came into my yard farther than they were supposed to. If you ask me, the job was never finished. My front yard was sod. Now it's sod and a thick strip of dirt running multiple feet into my back yard. Like I said, I wasn't even the person who hired this company, but that alone I will never hire them.

  They seem to be fine for basic stuff, but we were having trouble with an upstairs sink overflowing a downstairs sink. They came and tried to clean it out but that didn’t solve the problem and they left. When I received the invoice by mail I called every month for 4 months asking for a callback to discuss what if any recommendations they had for us to fix it. The receptionists took messages each time but I still have not received a callback from anyone. I’m very frustrated to have to throw money at something when they did nothing to solve my problem or offer any recommended solution. And to month after month not get a callback from anyone with an explanation.

  I will only call Glenn's plumbing for my plumbing needs. I also will always ask for Matt to do any work for me. I have waited a couple of weeks for him to be free once when he was on a bug plumbing job. Highly recommend
