Thought this was going to be a good service company. This company was selected by our home warranty company. They came out identified the problem and said they had to file a report with home warranty company for repair approval. A week later it was still a finger pointing mess. The company saying they contacted the warranty company and the warranty company saying they were waiting on the report. The warranty company left messages with the company as did too but, no response. Finally after 3 weeks with no air conditioning another company came out and made the repairs.

My home warranty company assigned this company for an issue I was having with my washer. Contacted them 3-4 days after they were assigned as I had not heard from anyone. Was told by an individual with Air Force One, I'm assuming was the owner, that he wouldn't even be able to set up an appointment until the following week and he would make contact mid to the end of next week. Despite the abruptness of this person, I decided to be patient and wait for Air Force One to call the following week to set up the appointment, but I never heard from them. I called Friday to check the status of them coming out to take a look at my issue, left a message, and never heard back. If this is how they handle things, I definitely would not seek them out to do any work for me. My advice to anyone considering their services, CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY. Don't do business with this company!

Moved into my new home only to discover that the A/C didn't work. The inspection was in December and they couldn't check the A/C without potentially damaging the unit because of low temperatures outside. So my home warranty company assigned Air Force One. Within 4-5 days (due to my availability) a tech came out and checked out the a/c unit. I was told that the coil had a large hole and needed to be replaced. Parts would be 1-2 weeks. They took my money for the copay and left. I'm currently a month out from the inspection and have had no contact from the a/c company, despite calling and texting multiple times a day for a week. I contacted my home warranty company, and they haven't received any communication from the contractor, so they don't even know there's been an inspection. I didn't have a choice in HVAC companies. I was assigned this one, and now I'm working to dig my way out. I advise you to look elsewhere if you have the option.
