  I am writing this review to warn others about Air-Tech Heating and Air in Dexter, MO. Stay away from this business at ALL costs!! They will lie to you and prey on the elderly. They came to my elderly parent's house to repair an outside faucet that had busted. My father provided the new faucet. Air-Tech only provided a short piece of water line and two fittings. I requested that all water lines be wrapped due to the cold weather and they did not do that. The tech was at the house for approximately 2 hours total to make the repairs. The bill was $839.74. There was a $95 service call fee and $754.74 for "Busted water line repairs". There is only one tech (George) assigned to the job according to the bill. The office staff told me that they enter the type of service provided into the computer software and this populates the cost. During the same conversion, the owner Jason Johnson is telling me that they charge by the hour ($100/hr) and that this job took until 1330. But he refused to tell me the time his tech was there and how many hours he billed for. The bill is not itemized with the hours worked and cost of parts. The owner refused to provide an itemized bill. The owner stated that he does not keep track of the hours his tech is at a job and that he had no documentation on how long his tech was there. We have written documentation the times his tech was there and it was approximately 2 hours total. The owner also told me that he did not bill for the time his tech was not at the house. This is a dishonest business and owner that everyone should avoid. He has only lied about his billing practices. Stay away from this business for any HVAC or plumbing needs.

  They will over charge you and steal your stuff and try to sell it back to you. They are Scammers beware

  This guy is a perfect example of why not to do drugs. Just moved here, was told up front any extra materials would be additional cost, but they said we have everything. They had no electric wire or breakers. Asked customer to call office several times with no response. He was to busy finding a attorney because 2 of his kids got arrested & were in jail. Probably why he refused to pay for $1000 of materials!
