  I would 100% recommend this company. We live in Bullhead City and we had called other plumbers in our area and we either got no response or they told us we could not get help for two to three weeks. When I called Air Control Home Services, the the lady that answered the phone was extremely friendly and she was able to get the plumber out to our house the same day! Josh the plumber arrived in a timely manner and he was very professional and listened to our concerns. He fixed everything that was driving us nuts and did a great job! We are going to be asking for Josh directly for our future plumbing needs.

  Thank you Jamie Jensen and the Air Control Team. From my first phone call to the lovely young lady that took down all my information correctly and booking my appointment. I received a text message with a picture of the tech to be arriving the day of my service call. The Tech informed me exactly what was the issue and let me know the office would reach out with a formal quote. They did in-fact just that. They then let me know when the parts would be in and scheduled the next install. From top to bottom to every person I came into contact with the communication and service was world class. They did exactly what they said they would. I did not have to call and check on anything they all were very proactive. Really appreciate people that care about what they do. When a system flows as well as theirs it looks easy but I completely understand that it is not. It takes a ton of work to get to this stage and they hit the target on every level. Great work team!

  So happy I found a reliable company! Great customer service, very professional and responsive. Highly recommend this company!! Technician, Dustin, is awesome! He took the time to fully explain and answer any and all questions we had. We will definitely be using this company for all future services.
