  We put a work order in the late afternoon and they had someone out the very next day. Our plumber Brent did an awesome job and switched out our kitchen faucet in no time. Definitely recommend.

  The only reason why I am using this company is because of the hard working technician Brent that came out to my property. He was on time explained everything to me also text ne with information. After a week waiting left 2 voice message no call back I text him with a status and he was able to text me back was nice kind and also gave me an update. I called the office this morning to check the status because the insurance agent said they should of called me by now the order was ready for pick up. I think she said her name as Danny but was very RUDE!!!!! did not let me speak every time I said something she would not let me talk it got to the point I had to hang up on her. I work in an office and I think she needs more training on how to talk with customers! On a final note I text Brent regarding the issue he was nice he listen to me and my concern he said he would contact the office and have someone call me and I did get a call from the office so thank you Brent the woman who called me was Mariah thank you for your great customer service, she was polite and listen to what I had to say and finally got us on the schedule. Thank you Brent and Mariah.

  This company came out on 10/28/20 to repair a leaking shut off value, the line coming out of the wall was cut to short so the value is inside the drywall and can not be sealed properly. Never came back to fix it and was told to call my home warranty again. Again on 03/10/21 they came out to fix a weak in ceiling pipes fixed 2 weeks but still leaking. The technician cut the cold water line to the bathtub and left it. said he”d contact his office to come back out and repair never did. so if you turn on the shower the water pours from ceiling in laundry room where pipe was cut. called them again and said that wasnt in notes, than got tech on line and he said he did remember that, but told to do a recall with warranty again. so pay $150 in deductables from warranty and nothing fixed. worst customer service and workmanship i’ve seen. don’t use this company.
