  Big mistake to call the number on the water heater sticker when my old one leaked! This company is anything but "affordable." I regretfully paid $3200 for what could have been a $1600 job with a reputable plumber. The new heater was installed ok and I do have hot water, but the city inspector said that a lot of the items on the invoice were useless or totally unnecessary. When I asked the company for a detailed dollar breakdown of the items on the invoice they said they couldn't provide it. Warning: never call the number that is on the sticker even though it looks "official." We had an emergency so that's why I called the number.
