  Affordable Plumbing was very responsive and professional. They explained the problem with my hot water heater in detail and showed me where the problem was coming from. The work was done very quickly and I am completely satisfied. I would highly recommend this company to handle any plumbing need.

  They were just interested in nothing but money. They charged $275 without solving the toilet clogging problem. They told me it needs other equipment to break through the clogged toilet and the cost is at least $500. After all, I paid $275 without any results. The next day, I asked another company, and they solved the problem easily in less than an hour, and the price was much more reasonable. I never recommend this company.

  I'm sorry that we made you upset . We told you what the problem was and you didn't believe us so we did what you told us to do . We told you it was a main line problem not a stopped up toilet. We spend over hour telling you the problem was and how we need to fix it . You argue with us about it . You told us to use a Toilet auger and we told you it would not work. Plus it was after hours when we were there . That's why you got charge $275.00 because we were there for 2 hours and told you it wouldn't work. We told you $500.00 for us to use sewer snake because you put acid in the toilet before we got there and we were charging more money because we could get burn by it or get put in the hospital. Plus it's not good on our sewer machine . I beat you didn't tell the other company that come out you use acid in the toilet. Plus I do a lot of Charity work. So we are not just about the money.   I'm going to have to say, Dan's Your Man! My husband and I did not know Dan prior to this job. We had a well company come out and let us know that our well was going dry! We were very upset about this to say the least. Fortunately, we were able to hook up to Rockdale County Water. Frustrated and not knowing where to turn in order to run a water pipe from our house to the street , I looked up plumbers in Conyers. I saw the reviews for Affordable Plumbing and I called the number. Dan Williams picked up immediately. I was very impressed by how kind he was and how he listen to me. He assured me he could do the job because this job wasn't just any job, it was a big job! He reassured me he's been a plumber for a very long time and running a water pipe all the way from our house to the road would be no problem. I have to add, we live on 6 Acres and I was a little afraid of what all this would cost. Dan came out to the house and quoted us and we agreed on his quote. I may say Dan is very reasonable with his pricing. Any Plumbing you have done is not going to be cheap , but he is very reasonable compared to other plumbers . He came out today with his crew and they did an excellent job and now we have county water! Another thing I would like to add about Dan, is he answers his texts every time. Every time I texted him, boom he replied back immediately! I was really impressed by this. His work crew was very kind and considerate. We are just so happy that we have running water when we were running out! Dan we appreciate you and your crew saving the day! Dan, I felt the least I could do is give you the highest rating on the reviews and to eliminate anyone's worries that needs a plumber, because you're the man Dan!
