  We would 100 percent recommend Affinity Plumbing & Water Conditioning and will certainly be using them again once we build our house! He was very professional and honest in his assessment and recommendations for our water softener issues - something you don't often get anymore! We would not hesitate to give him a call with any of our water/plumbing needs. 10/10 would recommend.

  I recently had Affinity install a new water softener for us. I got several quotes and chose them based on their price, quick response, detailed explanation, and friendliness. They were able to fit me into their schedule and were punctual. All questions were answered immediately when I had them. My installer showed up on time, was extremely friendly, and did an excellent job. I very seldom do reviews, but I think this company deserved my time. Thank you for being a good business, we need more of them.

  We had a leaky pipe under our sink. I had seen Affinity Plumbing on Shakopee sports teams as sponsor's, so we gave them a call. I am beyond impress. They were responsive to my call and came out the same day within a few hours. He was honest about the issue and fixed it within a hour. The plumber was friendly and knowledgeable. He was upfront on the pricing and nothing changed in the quote. He was nice to my dogs and gave me a link for a new garbage disposal guard. If you are looking for a reasonable and knowledgably plumber, I would recommend Affinity. *That is my towel in the photo, he left the area cleaner then it was when he started the job.*
