These guys came out in the middle of a snow storm to install a new furnace. Guy had to get up on my roof in the middle of it and everything. The furnace works great and all of the people I met/spoke with from the company were very professional and friendly. Would absolutely call them again if necessary.

Came out today because my furnace wasn't lighting. When he got there I turned the furnace back on and of course, it lit and ran. I said, well, you're here so figure out what is wrong and fix it. He did the same things I did before he got there AFTER I told him what I had done. He wasn't sure what was wrong, had some guesses. Charged me $163 And right after he left it quit running again so I called again. It was after hours so it would've cost me the after hours rate for him to come back even though he failed to fix it the first time when he was here. So, here we are, 6° outside and no furnace for the night. If you can find someone else to do your work, even if it's more expensive, go with someone else! Response to their response: If the guy would've stayed longer to wait for the furnace to cycle he would've gotten the code because it quit working before he was on the highway. Also, he charged me for things he didn't do because the next guy that came out and fixed our issue looked at the bill and checked the furnace for what I paid for and it wasn't done.

The furnace was turned off when our technician arrived. On modern furnaces, turning it off after a failure clears error codes from the electronics. He operated the furnace through three cycles but was unable to reproduce the problem. With no error code to identify the previous failure and no problems while we were there our options were pretty limited.

I called these guys when my water heater went south. The tech that they sent lied and said that my controller was bad. He said that he would call me as soon as he returned to his headquarters and let me know if he could order a new controller. Another lie... That call never came. So I called... and called... for 2 days. No answer... nothing. I called a competitor and they immediately were there for me. Knowing how life sucks without hot water. Turns out the water heater needed a new thermocouple not a $300 controller. Though it was recommended to be replaced due to age. A&E apparently was trying to swindle me. A&E eventually called over a week later. How is that for service? The kicker was the $156 bill for nothing but a lie. Use great caution when using this outfit. I wish that I could give them a negative star. 11/15/2018 response Yes, I used profane language with the so-called manager. He waffled and then claimed I called the wrong number or didn't know how to operate my phone. The idiot must not know that cell phones keep a call log. Needless to say I told him what is what. He never addressed attempting to leave my family without hot water for over a week. Apparently I should be grateful to him that he even bothered to call back at all. He is a beta male douche that isn't even qualified to take out your garbage.

Too bad I was not able to satisfy this Jon when he called. I am always willing to talk to a customer. However, when he started yelling profanity at me I terminated the call.
