  Called and told them the issue and they sent someone out right away. Technician was knowledgeable and did a great job. I would defiantly call them again. Fair price for the service all also. A+

  I called and they were able to send someone within 45 minutes. Tyler was the plumber who came; he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He was upfront about the situation and the solution. Would definitely call them again.

  I was Taken advantage of, lied to, nothing fixed, wrong recommendation because they obviously didn't know what yhey were doing, a waste of my time and still Charged. they were lucky I WAS offering to pay $20 for coming out. That offer expired after I had to follow up several times and send them proof that another person actually knew what yhey were doing. see attached documentation on my face book review page or their reviews on facebook. I tried to get this taken care of in house, but they chose to not respond after sending my dated invoice from a competent technician. This is my recent and horrible experience with this company. Do yourself a favor and use Peter at GSM for any hvac needs. He knows what he's doing and wont waste your time. #RevUThis for other reviews or all things great and cappy.
