  Lance, I really am very disappointed in your lack of communication. I first contacted you on the 25th of June. You were going to send me an estimate via email. Never happened. You were supposed to come by to look at the pipe on the 25th but do to issues on another job cancelled, which I understand things happen. Then you said Friday or Monday would be the next time. Monday being the best. We set it for Monday the 1st. Never showed, never called. I messaged you, you said still having issues would have it done before the 4th. July 3rd, I text you to see where we are. No response. July 6th I messaged you again to see where we stood. Again, I response. I then messaged you on Facebook. You said your phone was involved in a billing discrepancy and you weren’t getting calls or messages and we could communicate there. You said you would be here either Wednesday or Thursday. This would be the 9th and 10th of July. You messaged me and said you would be here today. July 10th at 10:30 am. I cleared my day to be sure there was enough time for you to fix it. I waited. You never showed nor did you message me. I messaged you three different times with no response. I have been more than patient, more than understanding and now I feel like you have very poor customer service. I have cleared times for you when you said you were going to come and I feel I at least deserve a message, a phone call or something. I will never recommend your company to anyone as a matter of fact I will tell them of my experience with you. This has been a horrible experience and very frustrating to say the least. I gave you the benefit of the doubt more times than I should have because I understand that unforeseen things happen. But this has gone way past that. I feel that your lack of concern for the time your customers set aside for you is rude and unprofessional. I will be hiring another plumber so don’t bother calling me, like you would anyway.
