  My moms been using them for years, my fun toddler decided to flush a toy down the toilet.. they were booking out a bit but thankfully was able to squeeze me in and within 30 minutes they were at my house. Brandon was very nice and got it fixed within the hour! Norma was very friendly on the phone and Ethan helped me out a lot! Seems like a very good team and I appreciate them helping me! Moved the baby gate and will definitely be using them for any future services!

  My wife and I had some burst baseboard pipes that we requested be looked at and to assess cost. The technician that was sent out told us there was nothing he could do that day, but did say he had zoned the water for that area off. Later when we tried to turn our water back on, we discovered it hadn't been zoned correctly. We were then put in contact with the owner, who proceeded to pick a fight with the two of us on the phone, at which point he told us, "You're no longer my problem, I'm not sending anyone to look at your house", and hung up on us. Extremely rude and unprofessional, do not recommend whatsoever.

  Another positive experience! Emailed on a Friday night about a leaking kitchen sink and got a call Saturday morning. It was replaced by 10:30 am. This is the second plumbing issue we’ve had to use Pinney for since moving into our new home and couldn’t be happier with the responsiveness. I wish I was handier but I don’t have to worry since they’re so reliable.
