  A previous air-conditioning company told me that I had to replace the unit. There was no hope. These guys came out spent an extra five or 10 minutes working on it and what do you know it works just fine. Highly recommend it

  Today, after contacting over 5 different plumbing companies in my area, and reading each company’s review list on Google; I took a step out on ‘Faith’ after a brief prayer, and called this family owned and operate company called, ACTIVE PLUMBING & AIR CONDITIONING, here in the Las Vegas valley. I am so very grateful that I did, for this company sent Tony to my home the very same day. Tony was a very polite, extremely experienced, professional, as well as a down to earth technician. He immediately identified and explained everything involved in my repair, as well as provided me with precautionary maintenance instructions, that helped eliminate additional future problems he identified in the awkward construction of this faucet’s concurring plumbing leak. Needless to say, I have had three previous licensed plumbers service this faucet within this year, from large renown companies in the Las Vegas valley. All had provided excruciating cost estimates & service. However, this technician; Tony, did not take my money, preform temporary quick fix work and leave, as the previous license professional plumber had; but, fix the leak the right way — on his very first visit. He assessed the problem, applied the extra muscle and additional elbow grease, and was done in no time. Moving quickly and with ease, he fixed my leak, and was on his way. His price was reasonable, simple and fair. ….After many weeks of fighting frustration and worry regarding that concurring costly plumbing problem….I finally am able to relax. My reflection: “It is so nice to know that there are professionals out there as Tony, who are trustworthy enough to complete a job, doing it RIGHT, the FIRST time.”
