Our hot water heater unexpectedly died, and I called Action Plumbing at 11:00AM. I was expecting to have to wait a day or two to get it replaced, but when I spoke to Lynn she told me she would try to rearrange a few things to get it taken care of that day. And she did!!! She sent Jason (Very friendly, knowledgeable...and cleaned up afterward!) and he had it installed and working by 5:00PM. My wife was taking a hot shower at 6:00PM. Action Plumbing will be my first call for plumbing jobs from now on. Thanks for the great customer service Lynn!!!

The nicest, most professional business! We had a pipe burst for our outdoor shower on our rental this morning. When I called just before 8am, they still answered the phone with kindness and respect. They didn't act like I was bothering them, but how they could help me and my situation. This means so much!!!

Was told by office that the charge would be on a time and material basis and then when presented with the bill I was charged a flat rate which came to quite a bit more ($150+) than what the T&M rate would have been. I escalated to the owner and when he called all he wanted to do was lecture me and didn't even give me a chance to speak. So if you want to have a bait and switch experience and then deal with an owner who doesn't care about satisfying his customers then deal with this company.

In spite of the disrespect showed to our technician, we completed the job in full – including disposal of your old toilets – and you were not charged. We have been in business for over 20 years on the Outer Banks because we care about our customers and have earned the respect of our community. Based on our experience with you, we are removing you from our client list and wish you well.
