  Installed value upside down so I had to take remove the tile and the wall and have some one else do it. Boss was no help refused to refund money and said to call my lawyer would give negative stars if I could

  Response from the owner

  Customer demanded a 100% refund. Would not let us fix or even inspect to verify. Just wanted 100%. If that was permissible how often would that happen?
