  Family owned business and 100% professional. Customer service scheduling my appointment was superb. Kyle came to home to replace my water shut off valve. He took the time to explain how he was going to conduct the repair and proceeded to complete the task. Very knowledgeable and professional. I would wholeheartedly recommend KBR to anyone in the Tampa area.   Do not use this company for warranty services. Technician came to my house to fix garbage disposal. He barely attempted to fix it and concluded that it couldn't be repaired. He also surmised that the warranty company wouldn't cover it. He didn't know what caused the clog and said he would state that on his work order. He didn't leave me with any paperwork but he did take the service fee. When the warranty company called me they said it because of misuse and abuse. Now he won't answer my calls

  Good evening Mr. Lewis. I'm very sorry that you are unhappy with the service we provided through your warranty company, 2-10. Working with warranty companies for quite some time, we know a little about how the system works. Your technician, Kyle, has worked with us for a long time and has seen this before. That is why he was able to determine that it would not be covered. Kyle spent at least 10 minutes trying to remove whatever it was, in your disposal. He pulled out a piece of 1" plastic, that you were shown. Anything removed, other than food or a piece of the actual disposal, is considered a "foreign object". As for the misuse and abuse, I think you were informed by our office what that meant. Under no circumstance did we submit to 2-10 that you "misused or abused" your garbage disposal. That term is how the diagnosis is submitted. The service fee is collected when we arrive at a home per our contract with your warranty company. I apologize regarding the lack of paperwork. We have more of our invoices on order. Kyle ran out just a few days ago. Please feel free to contact the office if you feel you are not getting the answers you need. We are here M-F 8-5.
