Luis and Juan were my service technicians. It was a somewhat stressful day for me, but the technicians were top notch. They were professional, courteous and above all, knew their trade. JD was the sales rep and was very knowledgeable. He knew his product well and was very candid in answering all my questions. Luis and Juan worked very solidly for just over eleven hours. I couldn't ask for anything more. Ace was great and they have my business. Ask for Luis and Juan....you can't go wrong!!!

They were excellent! They found and fixed all the issues quickly and you can tell there Techs are very knowledgeable. We had a lot of issues with the company who installed and repaired our AC. We have only been in our house for about a two and a half years, but we were having issues as if the AC unit was 15 years old, due to an installation or repair error. We were without AC from before Christmas until after the New Year. The old company caused more problems than they fixed, but Ace Solves It All now has our AC running like new. I don't plan to use any other company, they have earned a new loyal customer.

Luis was a true life saver! He was very professional and was able to identify and fix our AC problem in a matter of minutes. It was pretty late when we called and they were able to help us. They also had the part we needed on hand which is amazing. Would definitely recommend!
