  Had a leaking toilet tank and did not know it until water damage showed downstairs. Roto Rooter sent Norbert over within an hour to assess and fix the toilet and valve. He also triggered the restoration team involvement. The cost was not low but given the rapid response and efficient repair it was worth it

  William came to do a troubleshooting / free estimate job after I was having sewer smell in my laundry room. He troubleshot the issue quickly and told me how to verify it over the next week. Would ask for him again to work on my house or service call again.
