  So grateful for Bob. I called the after hours number and received a call back 8 minutes later. I explained the issue I was experiencing with a smart thermostat installation resulting in a furnace issue with no heat on a below 20° evening. Bob offered me the option of him coming over or attempting solutions over the phone. Starting with the phone option, Bob provide me with a solution within minutes that required a quick trip to purchase a $1 part. He was personable, gave me a good laugh as well as some great advice for a future thermostat purchase. Because of this experience, I will 100% call Bob again when I run into any sort of heating/cooling issues moving forward.

  I contracted Accutemp in 2020 for major repairs and replacements to my heating, cooling and hot water tank. The service was timely and the quote was better than the competition because Bob and his crew can fix stuff instead of replacing entire units. His crew was professional and courteous throughout the entire process, which took several days, and follow up maintenance has been just as good - they take care of you after the sale!

  Woke up to the house at 55 degrees and cool air blowing out. Called Accu-temp and then were so nice & helpful. Tried a few trouble shooting measures over the phone first before ultimately having someone come out. In a matter of minutes I had heat again. I’m so thankful for their fast & efficient service. He was sure to give me some good tips too moving forward on how to maintain my furnace. Thank you!!!!
