Great Company. We had a few small issues and Terry was quick to make sure everything was fixed under his warranty and made sure all our needs were satisfied. Always puts the customer first. Highly recommend and will be using them for future work as well!

I was really impressed with the service I received! Chris was a super nice guy and was very knowledgeable about my furnace. He was excellent about explaining things to me. He charged me exactly what i was quoted. The service he provided was a cleaning and servicing. My furnace is running so smoothly now. -25 today and my furnace goes out! They got here within the hour, it wasn't looking to great on this part we needed and them bam he found it like magic! Drove all the way to MP, came back and had me fixed before 3PM. Very reasonable price! Fabulous service! Excellent human being with a heck of a handshake. I couldn't be happier! Heat never got below 58. They literally saved us from busted pipes and well who knows. The mail didn't even run today but Accu Air did! Thank you! Customer for life.

Accu Air has serviced my air conditioner,  furnace, and fireplace for at least 10 years. They're  professional, polite, and efficient. Always satisfied with they're service. I highly recommend them.

I have used four different heating/cooling services in Central Oregon. I have yearly service done and also installed a new system. Dave was awesome to work with and his employees were great guys compared to the other companies.

Another company sent two guys out to look at an issue with my zone heating. This was the same company that originally installed my new system. They spent eight hours here researching the issue. After numerous phone calls to Trane, waiting on return calls, eating lunch, etc... I was determined that I needed $4000 in school new control board. The issue was minor enough that I decided not to replace the board. Big service bill from them to say the least.

Dave offered to look at my system for FREE and make a recommendation. He was here my himself for two hours. Fixed several other minor issues for me, educated us on our system operation and fixed the zone heating issue. Simply unplugged one wire and the zone heating issue was fixed. Saved me $4000 in a new control board. Charged me $200 cause he actually fixed the issue and did other work as well. Well worth the service charge.

I called this company having no idea if furnace could be repaired or needed replacing. Terry came out within the hour checked it ,explained everything and was able to repair it....Excellent service !!!!! I would recommend 110% and when I do replace I will be calling Accu-Air

It got cold early this year I needed my furnace replaced. They worked me in when they were extremely busy. Very nice guys that went above and beyond for me.
