  Came out to mother in laws house to change points on the well again even though they put new ones on 1 year ago. When she called them later that afternoon because the pump would not shut back off, they told her to unhook it until they could come out next day. End of February and shut off is in box outside. Which they argued and said that the shut off has to be in house, which again it is not. She is in her 70s and I had to call them argumentative to get them to come back out the same day. They just wanted her to keep turning it off and on with the switch outside if she needed water. I was told that she should have called back earlier, even though the didn't come until after 11 and she called before 4:30. I reminded them that she has things to take care of too. The same guy came back out (so I was told) as a favor. That gentleman apologized multiple times because he messed up. He was very respectful admitted he should have checked it before he left earlier, the ones I communicated on the phone were not. They have no consideration for their repeat customers or people in their community, we will never use them again.

  Zero effort with these guys!!! They will do as little as possible at your house.. and maximum effort getting you a big bill...
