  I called Absolute plumbing to come out and look at an issue I was having with my toilet and shower. The field Supervisor was on time, very nice and attentive. I was expecting a proposal for the work within 24 hours. I did not receive it, so I called my contact and he explained they were backed up and it could take another day but that he would be sure to get back to me. When I did not hear from him the next day, I called the office and they said they needed more time. Bottom line, I never got a proposal or a call back. Their lack of response was shocking as I used Absolute in many times in the past. I learned this company was recently sold so proceed with caution.

  As a Community Association Manager, services like we have seen from Absolute Plumbing are exactly what we are looking for! After a large project last year, we found another cracked storm drain pipe during a torrential rain at 4pm in the parking garage. By 4pm the next day, we were restored with a new pipe installed. This happened with one email and a team arrived in the morning to get started. Thank You Absolute. Your service and care for the property encourages me to keep you at the top of my Plumber list!!

  I've been using Absolute Plumbing for years and have had only positive experiences. Their plumbers are responsive, knowledgeable and well trained. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing need.
