  JR was very friendly and arrived in a very timely manner. He was very professional. He immediately diagnosed the problem and proceeded to snake out our main sewer drain. We were in desperate need of someone to come out quickly. Our toilet and our laundry room started to overflow with water. The toilet was bubbling. Thank goodness that JR from ABC Plumbing came out so quickly and took care of us in our time of need. We would definitely use them again. It was a very positive experience.

  Sorry for the book I have written. I just can't give the credit needed in just a few sentences. Unfortunately I was a homeowner who sadly had their basement flood during the unbelievable rain storm a few weeks ago. Once I got power back I called ABC Plumbing Heating & AC on Saturday afternoon and inquired if they did cleanup after a catastrophic flood situation. The answer was YES THEY DO! I was shocked and thrilled when John and Adam showed up first thing Monday morning. I don't think I could have spent another night in my home due to the horrible stench and the mold that had already started to take over in my basement. Oh my goodness John and Adam went right to work removing everything destroyed from the flood; furniture, carpet and padding, anything on the floor that was ruined from getting wet, they cut out the lower 16" of my drywall to prevent mold inside the wall and also so the 2 x 4 wall framing could dry and not mold. They put super high powered fans down there and let them do their work of drying the basement while they proceeded to bring in their trucks to remove all the debris that had to be thrown away. A couple of days later after the basement was finally dry they disinfected the floors and everything else that survived the flood. They then sprayed and let naturally dry a really nice smelling product on all the wood framing that help prevents future mold growth. I can not thank ABC Plumbing, Heating & AC enough for the superior job they did from start to finish. John and Adam were kind and respectful and kept me informed step by step as to what they needed to do to clean and make my home safe to live in. If you need services for Plumbing, Heating, AC or Flood issues they should absolutely be the company you call. You WILL NOT be disappointed!!! Hopefully I'm just as blessed finding a home improvement company that will put my basement back to its original finished status.

  Assisted in unclogging garbage disposal. Representative extremely helpful and professional. Saved a lot of money. Another company would have charged me a lot of money for just the service call itself. I have no hesitation about contacting this company for any of the services they provide!
