  Justin was awesome today! Fix the problem and cleaned the mess. Took time to explain and reassure that they would take care of the backup issue for the entire line of townhome units! We have had 3 other plumbing companies out here, been living with this problem since Thanksgiving 2020..But thanking GOD for AAA Plumbers today!

  Definitely one of the best plumbing companies in Houston. I’ve dealt with over 10 Plumbing companies and this is by far the best. I would NOT use them for simple plumbing jobs if you have a handyman but definitely for everything else . Better to pay an extra 50 bucks and get your work done right. Extremely efficient employees that get it right the first time.

  I wish I could give 0 stars. I live at the Belvedere Apartments and we have been without water for 12 hours. I asked the plumbers when the water was going to be back on and was told: "sometime tonight". When I asked when tonight, some idiot claiming to be "the boss" got in my face (after he put down his burrito) and said "I said sometime tonight" There are 5 people literally sitting around doing nothing while an entire apartment complex is without water! This is ridiculous! Contractors will get away with whatever you allow them to get away with!

  Hello Mr. Collins. I apologize for any miscommunication on the repair being done at the Belvedere. The property re-scheduled the water leak repairs for May 2 to allow them time to give notice to the residents. We ask that residents work with the management office for information regarding the work done on the property. Our crew should have been more professional and informed you of that, rather than saying "sometime tonight." We were on-site from 7:15 am to 10:45 pm trying to expedite the repair. I apologize for the perception that the crew was taking it easy while eating a burrito, but often they eat lunch/dinner on the job site rather than heading off to a restaurant to try and decrease the time the water is off. They also try to time meals in necessary down time, such as when solvents/glue need proper time to cure and dry. We have also reached out to the property about the complaint to make sure we are covering all facets. Please do not hesitate to contact me if I can be of further help.
