  AAA Auger was recommended by my daughter, who received good service from them through the years. I found her recommendation to be right on target. The initial response from Paul and Juan was friendly and very responsive. When a minor problem developed subsequently, I requested a call back which came quickly and Paul again provided excellent service, promptly diagnosing and resolving the problem without any further charge. AAA Auger and Paul are my guys for good going forward.

  I have relied on AAA Auger for a few years. They have always been available and provide exceptional, professional service. This week was no different. My water heater needed replacement. Paul and Torrey handled it in a few hours without issue. They were great! Thank you.

  Yay for hot water. This company finally fixed an issue we have had since we finished a whole house renovation in Dec 2021. We got tired of dealing with the plumbers our contractor used and decided to find someone who had experience with tankless water heaters. Thankful to finally find a plumber that listened to our issue, researched the options and then when installing confirmed his work with both his office and Rinnai - the manufacturer of our tankless water heater. Great customer service and support.
