  My family switched to A-1 Budget Plumbing in 2018 based on a positive referral. Their plumbers have helped us at different homes and apartments, both primary residences as well as rentals. Their prices are fair, transparent and supported by quality workmanship. One of my sisters is an experienced landlord and not the easiest to please, but she is always satisfied and regularly recommends this company to friends and other family members. I particularly credit the plumbers I’ve met with their excellent communication. They listen closely and reply simply and clearly. They review pricing with you and then write your job summary and warranties before they leave. We are a Hawaiian family and maybe too picky, but, for whatever reason, one thing that matters is that we have always been treated with the same (and exactly right) combination of sincere courtesy and friendly respect. In other words, A-1 Budget Plumbing is a professional operation in the best sense. They provide quality work, clear communication and above-average people skills - all at a fair price. Let’s face it, plumbing issues never happen at the right time. Over four years, my family had found that A-1 Budget Plumbing can be trusted with the burden.

  A-1 Budget Plumbing saved the day! My family and I had a minor crisis involving a shower fixture that would not turn off the water…and of course it happened on a Friday late afternoon. Andrew quickly dispatched at the end of his work day and immediately resolved the crisis. He is an outstanding and highly experienced professional, who not only fixed the problem…but took extra time to explain how it happened and how to prevent it in the future. My family and I are incredibly grateful to both Andrew and A-1 Budget Plumbing for the outstanding service.

  I was very impressed with their service and professionalism. We had a water heater leak and we were told by our property managers to expect them between 12p-4p, however, they arrived promptly at 12. Before even arriving, they called to ask questions about our water heater so that they could have a replacement ready as soon as they got here. One man arrived and got to work removing the old heater while the other man picked up the replacement and got it here, right as the removal was finished. They were very friendly and efficient, and they even took the time to inspect noises from the pipes that had been bothering us. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.
