  Prestige Plumbing was extremely helpful in resolving my plumbing concerns. A very pleasant and responsive girl helped schedule my appointment. I requested that they keep me in mind for an earlier appointment should one open up since my situation was not an emergency. They promptly called with an earlier appointment and sent two people to address my needs. They arrived on time and even called to let me know they were on their way. The work completed in both the kitchen and bath was excellent and taken care of in about an hours time. The cost was reasonable for the work and they offered suggestions for upkeep and maintenance .i definitely will use them again!

  Prestige installed our water softener. Great team; professional; good to work with. Being impressed and knowing how hard it is to find a good plumber, I hired them to change out and update the ice maker water line in our rental property along with redoing the plumbing in that unit's shower. These guys are so good and trustworthy that all you have to do is request the specifics you want, and leave.

  Im changing my review cause owner got back to me quickly and fixed my concern quickly resolved issue, I had and reimburse me more than expected same day. I didn’t realize it but they over charged me for extra person labor when one person the technician was on the phone with my home warranty service HSC for an hour that asked them many questions 3 each not there fault, They did one hour work but charged 2 hours of labor for two people instead of one, I called and left a message to see if they get back to me they did promptly. Alex just called me and is working on it and the owner called to and was pleasant, so I’ll see if I get reimbursed which I did more than expected for the one hour over charge. They did fix the initial job though and it’s a dirty job and they were diligent I think just a mistake which it was snd they fixed thank you!
