  The plumber that was sent made my toilet worse than it was when he got here. Then charged me $230 for making my toilet worse and did not give me an invoice. My landlord and I have called multiple time request to speak with the owner or to have the owner call. It’s been almost 2 weeks and the owner has yet to call either of us. VERY BAD BUSINESS!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

  Had a great experience with Jeff and Brian! They were knowledgeable and professional. So happy with my experience from the first phone call with the attentive receptionist to after the job was done. So grateful to have found them!

  Jeff has taken great care of me for several years. Always honest and always tells me what would be better and save me money in the long run. He is prompt and not as expensive as I thought that the job would be. Works emergencies into his schedule so that unexpected complications to events will not further complicate and event. I'll always call A-1 Brown first!!!
