  This is my second time of calling on Lonnie with American Rooter, and both times he has been excellent! He is very polite, prompt in returning phone calls and efficient on the job! While he was on the job, he took the time to answer any questions I had and even offered tips on how to help prevent possible plumbing issues. Lonnie was referred to me and I am happily and confidently referring him to you.....please give him a call!!

  Always great service from American Rooter! They have been my go to for residential needs for almost 20 years, particularly for sewer lines. This is a family-owned business and Lonnie and Lonnie Jr. are courteous, timely and professional. Their pricing is very reasonable. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

  Lonnie is quite possibly the best plumber I've ever worked with in my entire life! I've had the pleasure of working with him twice and both instances proved his knowledge and his intentionality on providing superb customer service. Lonnie takes the time to explain everything he does in a way that almost anyone can understand. His prices are competitive and reasonable and he has an immense amount of integrity! The last job he did for me, he misquoted the price and was gracious enough to point out the error and reimburse me before leaving! As a self-admittedly ignorant person when it comes to all things plumbing related, he could have let it slide and collected more money for his self, but he did the right thing instead. Another aspect to his service that I really enjoy is his prompt response time and his punctuality. Most plumbers I've worked with in the past schedule a window of time that they'll arrive and they almost always (from my experiences) arrive later. Not Lonnie. Lonnie showed up earlier than he quoted which worked out for me because I had to get to work for a meeting. I cannot stress enough how amazing my experiences have been hiring Lonnie. I'm actually looking forward to the next plumbing emergency we have just so I can hire him again! If you're on the fence about using his service for your plumbing needs, I'm here to encourage you to GO FOR IT! You will not regret it!
