  1. My kitchen sink had a slight leak, I asked them to come check it out. They gave me a quote for over $1000, To rebuild the P-trap. Which is ridiculous. It was an obvious simple leak. The plumber also tried to sell me in their membership program which would give me a discount on the job. I appreciated that he sent me an email with the options so I could easily choose; However, I declined the work offer, paid $60 for a diagnostic and then called another plumber who fixed it for only $55! Totally overpriced and seemingly trying to rip people off by prescribing more work than what is needed. 2. I move around my schedule to set up an appointment for them and they call me right before stating that they can’t make it and ask to reschedule for the next day. Annoying but not the end of the world. I’ll give them props for at least calling. Overall, I would not recommend them. Save yourself some time and money, call another plumber.

  I highly recommend 615 plumbing. Every step of the experience from calling to schedule an appointment to the technician showing up for service was exceptional and professional. William was my technician and he was wonderful to work with. Super friendly, knowledgeable and he helped explain everything so I would understand. Also I love that they offer financing options for payment and they have a membership program to perform routine maintenance checks annually to ensure plumbing is in good shape for preventative measures. I’m so glad I found them! They are my top of list provider for all plumbing needs.

  I enjoyed my experience with this company. When they pulled up to my house. I could see a genuine smile from them that eased my tension from my emergency leak. And when they got out they were so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They explained everything that needed to be done very clearly so I could understand the whole process.they didn't try to push me to do it with them. They explained everything and let me take time to decide. I will keep using there services and refer any of my friends. Great people!
