  Not a huge fan of being put on hold 4 times in a row just to pay a fine. Sometimes they don't answer at all, and when they do they act irritated. If serving the public puts you in such a nasty mood, maybe you shouldn't work in public service?

  horrible service. i’ve been sitting here over an hour. the women in the back aren’t doing anything but talking to eachother rather then helping the 10 people out here in the lobby. SMH please hire people who are actually qualified for this type of work.

  Staff never answers the phone so you’ll just get stuck in an endless loop of the automated menu. Then if you ever do get through to someone they are very short and rude. Not helpful at all. Would rather just go straight to jail to avoid having to deal with anyone here.
