  The owners and staff at 413 plumbing are kind professional and efficient. I have gotten work done to my business and my home throughout the years by 413 plumbing and heating and each time they have gone beyond my standards! I have referred family and friends confidently to this business and will continue to do so in the future.

  Complete nonsense, after my boiler pressure was too low, a common issue, they came and turned up the pressure, but two days later I found out it has been turned too high and flooded the boiler room possibly damaging the boiler as well as the floor. When I called the emergency number, the owner picked up and basically told me it's $200 minimum and wasn't even willing to discuss what may have happened saying "that's hypothetical." She quickly changed tone and decided to deny me service altogether, hanging up and not answering my call again. What a _________.

  The business is to charge a lot for very little, and that's fine. What isn't fine with me is that they will not give a **** if they mess up your system, and they will not even come back to fix the problem if you ask too many questions. Pathetic business model. Good thing there's plenty of other local options.
