  called WTPI at 5:50am spoke with lady who said she would get message to owner we had no heat furnace would not run. Owner called us us at 8am said he would be here in couple hrs arrived at 10am. Norm was very helpful and pleasant. Norm spent over 2 hrs here found sludge in tank plugged oil line and had to replace pump coupler , oil pump and do good cleaning he was quick and cleaned up mess explained a lot to me .His price I thought was reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone with this type of problem .I am having back to some other work , new tank and possible new furnace shortly.

  The services were performed as planned, on schedule and very professionally. Our technician on this visit was Jonah, and we were very pleased with his work. He seemed to be knowledgeable of our system and did a great job. Jonah left the space clean and the way he found it. He's a gentleman and was very helpful with any of our concerns. As always, we are very pleased with WTPI Services.

  Thank you WTPI! I had them clean my gas fueled furnace a few months ago, which was the first time I've used their services. This morning woke up to cold air blowing out of the heat vents. I gave them a call and half an hour later, Norm and his assistant were here diagnosing the problem. By the time they left I had warm air flowing again! Friendly technicians, quick diagnosis and repair, greatly appreciate WTPI and will keep them in mind for any issues in the future. Happy and warm customer!
