I hired Rob Weaver, owner of 4 Star Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling to assist my heating needs for my office space.  Rob was very informative, professional and patient with all my questions.
I decided upon a Stibel Eltron wall mounted heater.  The heater was very affordable.  Frank, the service technition for Rob, installed the heater in a timely manner.  I was please with the friendliness of Frank, plus he left no mess.  I would use 4 Star in the future for my heating, cooling and plumbing jobs.  They do it right the first time!!

These guys are awesome. Rob is great and really understands your needs and gets guys out to you ASAP. I had John and Fred come out to my office the next day first thingin the morning. They took care of a serious problem under an hour at a reasonable price.  These guys do not over charge and do not round up the time to over bill. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Our furnace went out and my husband called 4 Star Heating and they ordered and installed a new furnace for us as quickly as humanly possible. The technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable. The service and craftsmanship went along with companies name 4 Star. They not only installed our furnace and left no mess but they stayed and made sure that our furnace was running with the proper furnace air temperature rise. Many people do not know that if your furnace air temperature rise is not correct it will shorten the lifespan of your furnace, so they made sure it was correct to maximize the efficiency and lifespan of the new furnace. 4 Star will be the only heating and cooling company that we will ever deal with. Thank you for a great job well done.

Years ago 4 star did the install and maintenance on a home I was renting.  I remember they were polite, timely, and helpful with questions.  This summer I had a water heater go out on me in the middle of summer on a Friday.  When I called, Rob was able to give me rough quotes over the phone.  I either needed and expensive gas water heater due to the code requirements for a mobile home or he would have to run a power line and install a less expensive electric one.  The price was about the same either way and more than I wanted to pay, to no fault of his.  I ended up installing my own, because I could side step the code.  He was on the phone with me off and on over the weekend equalling about an hour of his time. Always was helpful, patient and polite. Just called him today about help installing a gas stove.  I don’t think I’d go anywhere else!

Frank and Hyde were incredible and we cannot say enough good things about Four Star! After getting an estimate from Jay's Heating for 3500.00 for a new furnace and being crest fallen not sure how we would afford that we called for a second estimate. Honestly I would have been delighted to save 500. But Frank and Hyde were professional went right to work. They were courteous and did a super job. And save us 3200.00! Thank you guys. I had a leak in my crawl space (due to shoddy work from a previous plumber service). The first business I called never returned my call, the second business told me it'd be 2 week. So I called 4 star and Hank came out the next day, fixed the whole situation in a matter of about an hour. Fast, quality service and quick response time. They'll be my first call next time instead of my third!

Rob and his team handled the repair of an AC unit and the replacement of 2 other HVAC units.  They have repaired when repairs were needed... and replaced when replacing was needed.  They took care of our units at a fair price and worked with the schedules of everyone involved.  I have hired them in the past and I will hire them again for future needs.

I can't Thank Rob Weaver from four star enough. Came out promptly. Told me what was wrong with furnace. Quoted me price. Fixed the furnace. Bleed the air out of lines. Our furnace works so good. Rob has always worked with us. He does the best work. Cleans up before he leaves. Cheapest in price. I recommend him 100 percent. Thank you Rob
