The professionalism and the quality of service that we received at our home being so far off the map was beyond excellent. The timely manner they installed the soft water tank and clean air purifier. We hardly knew they were there. The knowledge of explaining both pieces of equipment was done professionally and made clear to me how to operate and maintain. Definitely recommend these guys and wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future. Living in a rural arena there service was priceless. Thanks guys

John Delaney was terrific. He got us our new water heater, got it hooked up and installed a new water main shut off in a more convenient place. Also he go the batheroom sink unclogged. He's very personable friendly to work with. The guys who wrestled the water heater in and hooked up were very efficient. Great experience. Thanks

I used these guys for 2 services. For the first one my sewer main was backed up and needed some roots removed. They removed them in a quick and professional manner. it was a bit pricey but honestly worth it given the timing and quality. For the second service, I needed someone to line my sewer main to stop the roots from regrowing. THEY DID NOT TELL ME THAT THE CITY (Bountiful) WOULD BE WILLING TO DO THIS FOR 1/20TH OF THE PRICE THEY QUOTED ME AT. I believe this was a breach of professionalism. They should have known (I had contacted them because of an ad they had sent to my address). I was luckily able to find this out because I reached out for a couple more quotes, but it terrifies me to think I almost spent all my savings on nothing. As an FYI at least in my area of Bountiful, they are willing to fix any root issues on city property (i.e. under the street) for free and will line your pipe while they're at it for very very cheap. The timeline is much longer than if you do it with these guys of course
