  I was assigned this plumbing company to complete some repair work on an outside faucet that was leaking via my Home Warranty Service. The assigned plumber immediately told me that brick would need to be removed from the home to perform the repair. He did not take the time to even investigate as part of what should have been simple due diligence. I ended up having a handyman stop by to replace what was a "warped washer" in less than 30 minutes and it has been working fine since. I would say at the very least to that employees should ensure a thorough review prior to making an assessment that could be more costly.

  I utilized this company through my home warranty program in late September 2021. They were courteous and did arrive on time to perform the service. However, less than 45 days later, I realized that the issue was not resolved when I came home to water on the floor in my kitchen. I’ll now have to pay for another dispatch fee and possibly replace the floors in my kitchen. Would not recommend.

  I don't understand all these negative review but I did notice they are mostly from AHS and there is definitely some shell shock when the company tells you that after we have paid money for insurance that they will only cover the actual water heater and not the permits, piping, pans and gas line work that needs to be done to do this job properly. Camri has been great and very responsive and pleasant, which is the opposite of most other AHS plumbing companies. Gene and Blake came out and quickly did a temporizing procedure to prevent permanent damage to my house without any hassle or fees and promises that we were going to use them. I had SDL plumbing come out first and they were holding me hostage to do the quick 15 min job to just tie off the water hoses coming into heater without me paying $550 out of pocket first as a promise I was gonna use them for the job. Please don't judge this company for AHS fine print requiring us to pay out of pocket, which I am still not happy about.
