  Zuechs cleaned our two septic tanks and installed an 18 inch riser to bring septic cap closer to ground level. I originally requested a 24 inch riser and new cap, but when the technician arrived, he suggested an 18 inch riser and to use our original concrete cap, thus saving us $70! Thank you for your professionalism and service.

  Another fantastic experience with Zuech's. We had Jason come out today to help us with our backed up septic system. Jason pointed out that it was not that tank that was full but a clog was keeping things flowing like it should. I wanted him to pump out system out anyways but after that Jason went way above and beyond helping us. He was able to use his skill and knowledge to fix our issue and get us back on the up and up. We can finally use the toilet and water again after having quite the nightmare of a night. This is the 2nd time that Zuech's has got me out of a jam; basically within the same day as me noticing a issue. Unfortunately for me my septic system likes to give me issues at 8pm or later when no one is open but for them to be able to work me in on the same day literally just a hour or two after calling is exceptional customer service. I'm actually a little out of the way as far as my location to them is and they still came out. Long story short, if they service your area they would be my first call for sure. The 25 dollar coupon is also a good value and can be found right on their website. Again my thanks go out to Jason and to the woman who answered the phone and got back to me really quickly..everyone there helped me out today, couldn't be happier with the outcome.

  Awesome job! Our septic tank was fool to the point that water wasn't flashing properly in our bathrooms. Called them on Sunday. Had returned call from them in couple hours. Had some advice what to do. And next day, early morning came and did what they had to do. Now, everything back to normal. Thank you so much. Highly recommend this septic service company.
