  Tim Zona and his crew worked showing care and conscientiousness through out the entire replacement process. They always communicated to me what how and why they approached the task to resolve the issue. I highly recommend Tim and his crew. Thanks for everything!!!

  Zona was recommended to me by another gentleman doing some other work for us. Tim was very quick to respond and did what he said, when he said he'd do it and for the price he said he'd do it for. I feel like in this day and age that's about unheard of. I am giving this business my highest recommendation. Word of caution: I had another estimate from another recommended source that I knew was ABSURD and was the reason I continued looking around. Out of respect I won't mention that companies name but do yourself a favor and get a few quotes for any work you may need done. OR...save yourself some time and just call Zona Plumbing!

  Excellent customer service and quoted a better price than other local plumbers. We were having a refrigerator being delivered and needed a water line put in for the ice maker. Tim Zona organized for one of his men to be there around the time of delivery so it could be put in all at once. This might not seem like a big deal, but we didn't know the delivery time until that day. The plumber called right before showing up to make sure we were on schedule and ready for him to show up. He was courteous and professional.
