We have used Zing Plumbing on at least 3 occasions. First time I was trying to replace a shower cartridge and it would not budge. Called another plumber who quickly threw in the towel. Called George at Zing and he was able to get things fixed. Used Zing another time for my in-laws pressure test and to update their plumbing. George was very patient with my in-laws who were both dealing with Alzheimer's. The 3rd time was to give some advice on the gas fittings for our oven. He was able to troubleshoot it and point me in the right direction. I would use Zing again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend them if you have plumbing issues.

We are very impressed with the degree of professionalism and integrity this company displays. George took care of our mystery sewer smell and fixed/re-set our toilet collar and fixture. He provided an array of options and was gracious in explaining the process. Very clean work from set up to pick up. We would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber.

Wow! I wasn't expecting the work to be done the same day of our first appointment. Usually places come out for the estimate and then you have to make a follow-up appointment for the work to be done. George came to update/install the flanges and water valves so I could install new toilets in my 1950s home. He offered tiered pricing options including installing toilets down to just doing the work I needed, which I greatly appreciated. He was quick and efficient, and cleaned up the work areas when he was done. He even offered me a few tips for installing the toilets! George is friendly, respectful, honest, and professional. I highly recommend him, and I will use him again if I have any plumbing issues!
