  We have use Zenner & Ritter since bought our house about 14 years ago. They have installed a new furnace and central air shortly after we moved in. We have them out in a fairly regular basis to check and perform maintenance on the units. We also had them move a gas line when we converted from electric to gas stove. Then we had them put in a new hot water tank a few years ago. Their prices are reasonable. Their technicians are always polite and courteous. My wife and I recommend them for any of your needs.

  Mr Earl Farley explained everything in detail! We were amazed at how much we were over spending on our utilities each month. The workers provided excellent customer service as well as quality work. We recommend Zenner and Ritter to everyone! The entire staff went above and beyond to make this a smooth experience.

  Scheduling my initial appointment was quick and easy. On the day of my appointment, Brian was prompt, I was notified when he was on his way by phone call and email, and I knew who was coming to my home so I could match the picture with the person who was coming into my home.I thought that was a great system of communication. Brian answered my questions thoroughly, provided clear, concise information for options, and told me what the next steps would be. I am extremely happy with the service I received from today's appointment and I look forward to working with Zenner & Ritter in the installation of a generator.
